I currently offer appointments during weekday evenings and at weekends.
Sessions are available in the following formats:
Face to Face in my clinic space in Solveig, on Albert Street in Kirkwall, Orkney.
Face to Face in an accessible, nature based location in Orkney, including the connected and outer isles.
Online via Zoom - for those who prefer to access therapy from their own home.

I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a well-established, evidence-based approach that helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. CBT empowers you to develop practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and other common challenges.

For adults recently diagnosed with Autism and/or ADHD, I offer space to explore identity, process feelings of loss or confusion, and build self-compassion and confidence.
