Standard Fee
My standard fee is £80 per 50 minute session. This rate reflects the depth of my training, experience, and the care I bring to our work together.
Trauma-Focused CBT
For Trauma-Focused CBT, I offer extended 90-minute sessions, priced at £100. These longer appointments provide the time and space needed to support a deeper, more contained therapeutic process.
Accessibility
I understand that cost can be a barrier, and I want therapy to be as accessible as possible. If the fee feels out of reach, I do offer a limited number of spaces on a sliding scale at a reduced fee. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your situation.
